Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking a Facilities Program Lead to become a part of our outstanding team supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy (OUSWP), Policy Management & Operations (PMO) office within the Pentagon. The PMO office's mission is to provide outstanding strategic management and services in support of Policy's mission through being committed to the pursuit of excellence, transparency, and accountability.  An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to work as an integrated member and leader of a team to achieve mission objectives. Focus areas of the team include OUSW(P) parking program within the WHS parking program; Foreign Gift Tracker application and program; OUSW(P) transportation program; and OUSW(P) Facilities records management. Specific Duties include:

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Lead for the Facilities Management contract support Team
  • Provide oversight of the processing of foreign gifts received by OUSW(P) personnel from first in-processing when received to out-processing when appraisal is completed
  • Provide training on the Enterprise Gift Tracker
  • Communicate with other DoW organizations when needed (e.g., Washington Headquarters Services, Pentagon Force Protection Agency) to coordinate in-processing and out-processing of gifts
  • Communicate both verbally and via email with all personnel from contractors to senior leadership as needed
  • Manage all parking permits for OUSW(P) personnel, including Senior Leadership - includes managing access control for the OUSW(P) leadership by maintaining swipe via Vehicle Access Control Points for 300+ parking spaces
  • Assemble, evaluate and present data and any related information to Senior Leadership
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and other program management tools on all programs supported, continuously updating to keep current for senior leadership review
  • Provide training to all personnel levels within the organization regarding:
    • Foreign gift procedures
    • Vehicle clearances
    • Facilities functions
    • OUSW(P) Building Supplies and Services Requests
  • Assist the Technology and Workspace Solutions (TWS) Director in managing and tracking orders for OUSW(P) building supplies and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the OUSW(P) PMO Facilities Office records management program

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • 5 years direct related experience
  • TS/SCI clearance; #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Familiarization with the Foreign Gifts program
  • Records Management knowledge/experience 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimum guidance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with the WHS Parking Management Program
  • Direct experience with the GSA regulations for gifts received within OSW
  • Working knowledge of IBM Maximo
  • Experience and knowledge of the WHS OSW Records Management Program

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
