Position Overview

We are looking for an MIDB analyst to join our team onsite at DIA.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on strategic-level products with other IC experts to assess foreign systems for electric power generation, transmission, and distribution, including their infrastructure and networks. Maintain and update existing C4I MIDB records and energy installations, facilities, and networks in compliance with DIA’s SOP for the C4I FPA, DIA ADO, and ICD 203 and 206 sourcing, analysis, and production standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in analysis
  • Knowledge of energy infrastructure, systems, and resources
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; preferably with CI polygraph exam; #QinetiqClearedJob
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or economics or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or economics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IC infrastructure analysis and in ICD 203/206 tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
  • Ability to provide shift work support
  • Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $79,350- $82,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
