Position Overview

Far Ridgeline Engagements, a QinetiQ company, is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to support mission-critical intelligence activities supporting DOD in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on providing operational support through structured analysis, reporting, and integration of data across intelligence systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will bring experience in intelligence operations, data fusion, and reporting in support of national security objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured operational and intelligence analysis to support mission planning and execution.
  • Monitor and manage intelligence platforms, tools, and databases to ensure consistent and accurate data access.
  • Fuse multiple intelligence sources to identify patterns, track operational indicators, and support strategic assessments.
  • Prepare concise briefings, summaries, and analytical products for decision-makers and mission stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across mission teams to ensure alignment between operational objectives and intelligence outputs.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of workflows, SOPs, and data-sharing practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging threats, mission priorities, and evolving operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, operations support, or related analytical roles in a government or defense setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of classified intelligence systems and data environments (e.g., SIPR, JWICS).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analytical reports and briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting interagency, joint task force, or combatant command-level intelligence missions.
  • Familiarity with structured analytic techniques (SATs), link analysis, and intelligence fusion methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of operational reporting databases and theater-level data systems.
