QinetiQ US is seeking experienced Deputy Program Managers (DPMs) to lead and oversee all aspects of contract execution and personnel management in support of USSOCOM and its subordinate or associated organizations. The DPM will work onsite at USSOCOM facilities at Fort Bragg, NC, ensuring all mission objectives and contract deliverables are met with the highest level of performance and accountability.
Oversee all aspects of contract management, execution, and performance in support of USSOCOM mission requirements.
Supervise, coordinate, and direct Contractor personnel to ensure timely and successful delivery of contract services.
Serve as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders, providing leadership, guidance, and status reporting on contract matters.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance objectives, and Government regulations.
Lead program reviews, staffing plans, and resource management to ensure operational effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (subject matter area or closely related discipline).
Ten (10)+ years of managerial experience supporting USSOCOM, JSOTF, or other DoD or equivalent Government agencies such as the Intelligence Community or Department of Homeland Security.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
Active TS/SCI clearance. #qinetiqclearedjob
Master’s degree in a relevant field or closely related discipline.
Eight (8)+ years of USSOCOM or JSOTF experience in special operations intelligence disciplines.
Defense Acquisition University (DAU) DAWIA or Back-to-Basics Program Management certification in Program Management.
