Position Overview

We are recruiting for a Governance Support Subject Matter Expert who will support the critical functions for mission clients in the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans and business processes to establish and evolve common OSINT tradecraft and training standards, ensuring compatibility with other intelligence discipline standards.
  • Drive the development and regular updates of tradecraft and training standards to keep pace with the dynamic open source technology landscape.
  • Work directly with OSINT users and Community OSINT Managers for outreach efforts across the area
  • Develop and manage comprehensive user adoption, communication, and marketing plans to support Corporate Governance Planning, Management, and Execution activities.
  • Manage schedules, technical engagements, deliverables, and communications, ensuring formal programmatic documentation aligns with the IC’s evolving needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing  tradecraft and training standards
  • Proficiency in WordPress, website development, and MS Office suite
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with data reporting and analysis
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Generative Artificial Intelligenc (GAI) into business processes and workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Experience with data tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or advanced Excel functions.
