Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Manager to support a Department of Defense (DoD) FMS program, responsible for managing all data management functions in line with DoD contract requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper development, submission, and tracking of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), manage the receipt and processing of Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs), and maintain configuration control of all program documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, review, and timely submission of CDRLs in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Track and process incoming SDRLs from suppliers, ensuring adherence to program timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain configuration control of all program documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with DoD standards.
  • Support data audits, inspections, and reviews as required by program management.
  • Ensure all data management processes align with DoD contract specifications and security protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data management, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of DoD contract data management requirements (CDRLs, SDRLs).
  • Familiarity with configuration management processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
