Position Overview

FRLE is looking for a Senior Foreign Disclosure Representative to provide foreign disclosure Subject Matter Expertise to client, in accordance with applicable national directives. - Contingent Upon Contract Award

Responsibilities

• Provide foreign disclosure recommendations to support US Government information/intelligence sharing requirements.
• Manage actions related to facilitate foreign visit requests, provide, and assist in foreign disclosure training, provide foreign disclosure/technology security review IAW NDP-1.
• Conduct FDR duties IA W National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1 ), CJCSI 2110.0 IE, DoDD 5230.11, and ITAR.
• Operate designated foreign disclosure database/management systems.
• Provide recommendation on use of DoD National Sharing Policies.
• Provide recommendation to office Chief and/or Deputy Chief regarding foreign disclosure policies

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience working with Foreign Disclosure functions, specializing in intelligence operations, cyber, or acquisition functions.
  • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Task Lead.
  • Hold DIA Foreign Disclosure certification and have completed the Exchange course.
  • Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. #qinetiqclearedjob
