Position Overview

We are seeking a Workforce Analyst to help interface with our client to gather data on their current workforce, likely future workforce, current and future job roles and responsibilities, current and future needs around data acumen, attrition, retention, and onboarding timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage data calls, including working with communities of interest to define data call content, format, timelines, and templates.
  • Track and report on progress of those data calls according to both ADHOC and established schedules. Deliver analytic visualizations using Tableau related to data call progress and also related to data received, highlighting actionable insights.
  • Participate in CDA responses including gathering/providing data for CDAs, reviewing and commenting on draft CDAs, and editing CDA responses as assigned.
  • Create and manage surveys using LimeSurvey, coordinating with communities of interest that include IC agencies and IC elements.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Experience developing and refining Position Descriptions (PDs) based on new workforce models (incl. identifying the specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences to update existing PDs)
  • Experience supporting strategic change management plan (i.e., update and support communication activities)
  • Experience updating manning models based on any new input from stakeholders
  • Experience providing on-going performance management by tracking key performance indicators
