Responsibilities

  • Lead Impactful Facility Projects: Plan and coordinate installations and refurbishments, ensuring our facilities reflect our commitment to innovation and excellence
  • Maintain Standards: Manage the upkeep of the facility to meet the highest health and safety standards, staying compliant with OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Liaise and Coordinate: Act as the primary contact for all facility-related matters with landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize Resources: Oversee utility consumption, space allocation, and maintenance activities, aiming for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Enhance Operations: Manage service contracts, insurance plans, and security measures, ensuring all aspects of the facility contribute to a positive employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • A service delivery mindset that has a high bar for customer service.
  • Degree or certification in Facility Management, related field or relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, or a similar service role.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to budge and forecast facility-related expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Insight: Experience in building engineering or technical operations will give you an edge, enabling you to address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
