Qinetiq US is looking for a Sr Analyst, Business Development and Growth Strategy.  In this growth strategy position, the successful candidate will support the growth objectives of the Defense Modernization and Space portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter.  Duties include:  

• This position will provide support to the business development (BD) team in all aspects of the opportunity life-cycle including but not limited to identification, qualification, and capture of new business in support of current and planned objectives.
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated organizational, communications (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• This position will support research for competitive, client, and domain intelligence by gathering data to include strategic plans, presentations, budgetary information, and white papers from publicly available sources and using various research tools.
• Individual will provide administrative support by supporting BD infrastructure, tools, and reporting.
• Individual will coordinate with the QinetiQ GWAC PMO to support the identification and pursuit of aligned opportunities.

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant organization or equivalent federal government role
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance #qinetiqclearedjob
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to gain professional competencies in account development, growth, and business strategy
• Strong desire to build client relationships and industry networks

• BA/BS in related field
• Knowledge of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions
• Keen interest in federal resource planning, budgetary processes, and acquisition regulations
• Participation in relevant industry communities and associations
• Marketing and branding insights
• Customer service expertise
