Sr. Director of  Marketing & Communication is a marketing expert who leads the overall marketing strategy, strengthens the company's market position, and achieves desired business goals as well as communicates internally and externally for impact.  Strong storyteller who is passionate about engaging with people, clients and the market in a meaningful way.

• Take responsibility for annual marketing & communications plan, strategy and team
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactive marketing & communications strategies/materials
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing & communications team
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
• Align marketing goals to business strategy
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
• Work closely with the growth organization to align sales and marketing strategies
• Manage marketing & communications budget and expenditures
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
• Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
• Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
• Develop and enhance communications messaging; channels and impact to ensure that the companies vision; events and relevant information is disseminated to the right people at the right time with the right message.

• Previous working experience as a Marketing Director for 15 year(s)
• MA degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Previously created and implemented successful marketing & communication vision & strategy
• Serve as a mentor/coach to MARCOMM team
• Able to multi-task in a flexible, fast-pace environment
• In depth knowledge of market research and market expansion
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
