Position Overview

QinetiQ US seeks a Lead Developer / Architect to support an executive-level office for a Federal Client in Washington, D.C. You will be client-facing and guide all aspects of system operations and maintenance and development. You will manage efforts related to requirements gathering, translation, development, and implementation, and ensure system functionality, continuity, and uptime. You will also be responsible for the successful management of multiple subcontractors across workstreams.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

  • System architecture that conforms to and is in alignment with the DOT common operating environment
  • Overseeing the design/plan/execution of system development activity
  • Performing application requirements activities to ensure the system achieves the desired outcomes specified by the client
  • Ensuring system documentation is current and effectively represents the application. Experience in Angular 16, Azure DevOps, PrimeNG, MSSQL, C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and Less technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in Angular 16, Azure DevOps, PrimeNG, MSSQL, C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and Less technologies.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

  • Minimum of 15 years related IT experience
